Team KO

We here at Team KO have a few things in common:

We love art!!
We love many styles as well. Drawing and painting, Japanese and western, illustration and animation, stylized and realistic, etc etc-- we love it all-- and want to DO it all as well!

Whatever it is that you wish to excel at, there are three things to keep in mind-- Be passionate, be resourceful and dedicate time to your work!

With that said, we're hoping to use this group to share our progress, inspirations, and resources with each other, motivate and help each other grow, and get some awesome collabs done.

1. strive for improvement
2. work hard
3. have fun!

Hope you enjoy our journey~

Ooh, hey~! You know what could be fun?

I often bring post-it notes and pens to group lunches so we can play drawing games while waiting for our food to come. What we'd do is one person makes a scribble, and someone else has to draw something out of it. Results range from silly stick figure dudes doing crazy things to obscure faces to action poses to abstract and somewhat surreal interpretations of the meaning of life and beyond. Each time, analyzing a scribble forces us into a different gear of thinking. It's a nice brain exercise and fun see what everyone comes up with.

This could work here on DA since we have the Muro Drawing thing. You could bring a scribble onto Photoshop and do a simple warmup doodle or render the hell out of it if you so wish.

Anyway, just food for thought!
